Stepping Stones, Issue #005-- Whole Food Supplement, Xylitol, Books, Shop At Home
July 18, 2006
Greetings!

I want to share lots of things with you in this newsletter! It has been way too hot to go outside here in Southern Ohio, so I have been working really hard on Autism in the Christian Home.

Last month I told you about the best autism therapy for my family called The Listening Program . (By the way, I want to let you know that I just added PayPal to that page to make it much easier for you!)

This month I would like to let you know about the best autism treatment for my family which is a whole food supplement . Most kids with autism are very picky eaters. They really need the extra nutrition from whole food supplementation.

A good whole food supplement contains over 10,000 vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, phytonutrients, fiber and enzymes! It should also be very easy to take in capsule, gummy, tablet, or powder form. In addition, a good whole food supplement should be supported by excellent scientific research! We always take our whole food supplement!

Our kids with autism may resist proper dental care due to oral sensory issue and may eat too many sweets, and are therefore more prone to tooth decay. But you can very simply prevent cavities for everyone in the family with xylitol products!

I have been doing a lot more shopping at home since gas prices have become so outrageous. And I have recently discovered a free legitimate way to get discounts, rebates, coupons, giveaways, free gift cards, and free trials just by shopping online for the things that I normally buy anyway from the places I already know and trust! I want to pass this shop at home opportunity on to you. Saving money is a good thing!

I always get questions about autism books , so I decided to create a section on the site recommending my favorite autism and Christian books. Since I adore books, I would love to hear about your favorite autism books!

My blog had previously only shown new additions to the website. However, I have recently discovered a way to add bloglets! I just love my website company! So far, I have written cute little bloglets about vacations, Christian reasons for math, free state unit study, and homeschooling guide. When you sign up for RSS, these bloglets will arrive instantaneously on your RSS reader. I would really like to know what you think about these bloglets!

By the way, would you like to learn more about my website company and about the ultimate homeschool unit study? I have been having a blast with this website. (Can you tell!) We are working on ideas for my son’s website right now. Nearly anyone with passion for their topic and dedication to the process can make your own website!

Feel free to pass this newsletter along to others in its entirety so that it can help others, too.

Also, make sure to check out Autism in the Christian Home website.

And please let me know your ideas and comments!

Take care,

Valerie L. Richey, MD, ND
