Stepping Stones, Issue #001 -- Start Your Wellness Program and Learn About Autism Treatments
March 15, 2006
Greetings!

Welcome to the first Stepping Stones newsletter!

You have eagerly been awaiting the arrival of your newletter from Autism in the Christian Home.

Well, here it is!

I have been busy researching and writing more content for the website.

Before I tell you about the newest page on the website, I want to explain why I chose Stepping Stones as the name for this newsletter.

We are all on the path toward better health. However, some of you may be going the wrong way! I would like to help you along the path toward better health – in the right direction! You will step from stone to stone along this path making progress little by little.

Stepping Stones applies to you and me and our kids with autism. It would be great if we could improve by leaps and bounds, but slow and gradual are often most effective and enduring.

My recommendations for your wellness program involve the following Stepping Stones. Remember to check with your physician prior to starting any wellness program.

Now, I want to tell you about the newest page to the Autism in the Christian Home website. This page summarizes autism treatments! You will find information about the following topics.

  • detoxification
  • chelation
  • yeast control
  • virus elimination
  • healing the leaky gut and the irritable bowel
  • antioxidant therapy
  • inflammation reduction
  • glutathione therapy
  • glyconutrient therapy
  • homeopathic therapy
  • aromatherapy
  • insomnia treatment
  • anxiety and depression

In future newsletters, I will provide you with more information about autism and natural health. Look for your Stepping Stones newsletter monthly in the middle of each month.

Feel free to pass this newsletter on to others in its entirety for informational purposes. I want to be able to help as many people as possible.

Take care!
