What Is The Return Policy?

Learn about the return policy for items purchased from this site.

I believe that you will be completely thrilled with items purchased from this site. I would not be selling them if I did not thoroughly believe in them.

However, sometimes you change your mind or something does not work the way that you expected or you are not satisfied for some reason.

So, what do you do?

If you purchased the product from an affiliate site, then contact that site directly and discuss their return policy with them. Unfortunately, I have no control over other businesses. Please check out my disclaimer.

The Listening Program, Sound Health, and Music for Babies

Since I only have a limited time to return these items to the manufacturer and since the manufacturer has strict requirements for me, you must return any of these items to me within 10 days completely unopened and in perfect resalable condition.

You will receive your complete refund less my shipping and handling and Paypal fees within 6 weeks. The cost of the consultation ($120) will also be deducted from the refund for The Listening Program.

If the product is defective or damaged, please contact me within one week so that we can discuss the problem and figure out how to remedy the situation.


The Woggler Sets

I have printed the Limited Warranty, Return Policy and Warranty from Elrey Enterprises below. Please contact Elrey Enterprises as indicated below if you experience any problems with the Woggler.

Limited Warranty

Elrey Enterprises, Inc. 220 Hurst Lane, Corydon, IN 47112. The manufacture of the Woggler™ does hereby warranty to the purchaser of this Woggler™ that the product shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of six months from the date of purchase. Manufacturer shall not be liable under this warranty for failure by the purchaser to properly install any replacement parts and components of the Woggler™ . Subject to the conditions stated in this limited warranty, manufacturer shall replace this product, without charge, if the product fails to perform due to a defect in material and workmanship during the warranty period. Purchaser must provide proof of purchase date of the product for this limited warranty to apply. Manufacturer specifically disavows any other representation, warranty, or liability related to the conditions or the use of the product.

Return Policy

In order to return a defective item to Elrey Enterprises the customer must have a Return Authorization Code (RAC) and a Return Product Form (RPF). These can be obtained by calling customer service toll free at 1-877-964-4537 and must accompany all returns. This will ensure that your return will be processed in a timely manner. All returns should be made via a traceable carrier in order to ensure return delivery. Returned items should be shipped to Elrey Enterprises with freight prepaid. For all returns please call Elrey Enterprises, Inc at 812-738-8110 or 877-964-4537.

Warranty

Elrey Enterprises, Inc, Corydon, IN, the manufacturer of the Woggler and associated products does hereby warranty to the purchaser that the product shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of six months from the date of purchase. Manufacturer shall only be liable under this warranty if the product is used in a proper manner as specified in the instructions enclosed with the product. Manufacturer shall not be liable under this warranty for failure by the purchaser to properly install any replacement parts and components. Subject to the conditions stated in the limited warranty, manufacturer shall replace this product, without charge, if the product fails to perform due to a defect in material and workmanship during the warranty period. Purchaser must provide proof of purchase along with date of purchase for this limited warranty to apply. Manufacturer specifically disavows any other representation, warranty or liability related to the condition or use of the product.
