Why Is A Whole Food Supplement The Best Type Of Supplement?

A whole food supplement
provides a wide range of easily bioavailable nutrients.

You probably already know that you need vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants to prevent disease and to maintain health.

And you may even know that it is impossible to obtain these nutrients from the diet alone anymore.

Most of us have difficulty eating a completely healthy diet and getting our five servings of fruits and vegetables. And even if we did, the soil has been so depleted of vitamins and minerals that we still do not get adequate nutrition. In addition, our food is usually over processed, overcooked, or picked too soon.

Therefore, the American Medical Association has even recently advised everyone to take a vitamin/mineral supplement. And, in this case, they are right!

But which supplement do you choose?

Most of the supplements contain highly processed and highly fragmented vitamins and minerals. But what does that mean?

The vitamins have been chemically produced in a laboratory to mimic the molecular structure of real vitamins from nature. For example, vitamin E is usually made from Eastman Kodak waste products! Yuck!

Well, what about the minerals?

Most of the minerals in supplements are inorganic minerals meaning that they originate in rocks and oyster shells. But you are not meant to eat rocks and oyster shells! Instead, you should eat organic minerals from plants. Plants chelate or bind the inorganic minerals from the soil so that the organic minerals are then bioavailable and usable to you.

In addition, most supplements only contain about 10-30 isolated main ingredients. These supplements do not contain the multitude of trace nutrients that are needed to make the main nutrients work well. So, the main nutrients are helpless to do much of anything.

In fact, studies have been performed showing that these processed and fragmented supplements are really a tremendous detriment to your health. Your body actually needs to use its valuable nutrient reserves to rid itself of these impostor vitamins and minerals!

Furthermore, I have yet to meet anyone whose health has really improved significantly with these processed and fragmented supplements.

So, what do you do?

You take a whole food supplement!

A whole food supplement is real food concentrate from fruits, vegetables, and grains in a convenient capsule, powder, gummy, or chewable tablet. The sugar and water have been removed, but all of the nutrition straight from nature is still present.

You can get over 10,000 vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients, antioxidants, fiber and enzymes from a whole food supplement! Wow!

These supplements from whole foods can be taken by toddlers, children, teens, adults, pregnant and lactating women, and elderly. I believe that just about includes everyone!

But, you do not want to choose just any whole food supplement! You want to choose one with spectacular independent, third party, published, peer-reviewed, medical and clinical research.

The best whole food supplement should be able to prove the following scientific facts.

  • It is filled with concentrated highly bioavailable nutrition from fruits, vegetables, and grains.
  • It increases antioxidant levels.
  • It decreases lipid peroxides levels.
  • It decreases homocysteine levels.
  • It improves immune system function (T cells, B cells, natural killer cells, and cytokines).
  • It decreases vascular constriction after a high fat meal.

In addition, the your whole food supplement should be prepared in the following manner.

  • High quality naturally-ripened fruits and vegetables are selected, sorted, washed and squeezed.
  • Water is removed at low temperatures to preserve phytonutrients.
  • The resulting powder is tested for bacteria, yeast, and mold, the absence of pesticides and herbicides. It is also tested for content of phytonutrients.

You also want a whole food supplement that is really easy to take twice per day and that is relatively low cost.

Actually, a whole food supplement will greatly simplify your supplement shelf. You can get rid of most of the isolated vitamins and minerals that you have accumulated over time. You may even save money by using just one whole food supplement instead of many individual vitamins and minerals!

By now, you are probably wondering which whole food supplement that I personally recommend and use myself. And I am sure that you want to try it yourself!

Well, here it is!

And remember that if you enjoy good health, then you should take it to maintain your health. But if you have poor health, then you should take it to improve your health. Your life may depend on your whole food supplement!
